GENEROSITY
In order for the church to survive, not to mention thrive, there needs to be generosity on the part of those who are committed to it’s vision and mission. Stewardship with our finances is a key part of this. If a parish wishes to have a priest on the ground among them they have to be willing to support that cost financially. Ideally this support is offered as an act of worship. Generosity is not only necessary in matters of finance though, we also need to be generous with our time and talent. Many people give their time as sidespeople, and helping with the altar guild and linen cleaning, flower arranging, prayers, reading, audio/visual support, encouragement, greeting, and home visiting, just name a few. The Priory has many opportunities for people to be generous in every aspect of their lives, and we hope that the opportunities will only increase.
